Terrye has a unique blend of choreographic style, knowledge of dance and musicality. She now combines her knowledge with her passion for dance by teaching the joy of moving with her unique style and energy. Along with her duties as a ballet instructor and choreographer in the traditional setting, Terrye has implemented programs that use her movement and music skills in a variety of settings; early childhood centers, senior residential homes, and individuals living with special needs.
Terrye received a Bachelor of Arts with a major in dance from Butler University Indianapolis, and a Masters in Counseling from Spring Arbor University. Her professional career began as a principal dancer with The Indianapolis Ballet Theatre under the direction of George Verdak and continued with The Texas Ballet under the direction of Soili Arvola and Leo Ahonen.
